Since application CLT China, has caused more concern than before. This thesis illustrates necessity theoretical and practical perspectives. In theory, goal to cultivate students’ communicative competence grammatical it, so does not exclude but include it. practice, Chinese realistic conditions determine that should be taught framework. Then this proposes some strategies improve teaching, which tends give enlightenment English teachers.
